I don't know what condition is for you. which country are you going to go? did you pass toefl/gre etc. I think you firstly seek some information in the universities/institutes that you want to go. note that seach as many of them as possible. i hope my suggestion will be beneficial to you. good lucks!

我给LZ一些建议吧，似乎蛮多人多是在国内不如意然后想出国，但是在国外的生活就真的是如意了吗？出国的事情不能冲动，冷静下来想想自己有什么优势和劣势，为什么在国内混的一般，出国之后可能会有什么改善。还有就是你这样的情况可能大多数要出去先念个PHD，那么你还要考虑你是否适合从事实验室工作。
假如真的想要出国，那么临床很可能短期是做不了了，假如去美国还要英语成绩，和教授的联系等等。
